Open a support ticket
One ticket covers one problem. It costs $5.00 USDC, paid with x402 on Base. We do this because the main inbox gets a lot of spam and flooding. A paid ticket keeps your request out of it and makes sure a person reads it. A person replies by email within 5 business days.
Tickets are opened through the API by an agent or code using an x402-capable client.
The reply is an answer from the person who runs the directory, not a guarantee that the problem can be solved. If the problem turns out to be an error on our side, we refund the ticket by hand to the wallet that paid. Otherwise the fee is not refunded.
Privacy requests and security reports are never behind a payment: email info@x402-list.com. Delisting requests and data corrections also go by email, at no cost. Contact · Pricing

Example request without payment
curl -X POST https://x402-list.com/api/v1/tickets \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{
"email": "agent@example.com",
"service": "Example API",
"problem": "The listed endpoint returns an unexpected error."
}' Payment required (HTTP 402)
Without a PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header, the request returns HTTP 402 with a PAYMENT-REQUIRED header and a single accepts[] option for $5.00 USDC on Base. Have your agent or code sign that payment and retry the same request with PAYMENT-SIGNATURE.
When the payment layer is not configured, the endpoint returns HTTP 503 instead.
