POST /v1/webhook ($0.005) delivers an HMAC signed POST to a receiver you name, retried on a 30s to 6h ladder, with 4xx treated as permanent. Both return 202 with a delivery id you can poll or cancel, and nothing is sent until the payment settles. Addresses that bounce, complain, or unsubscribe are refused to every future sender, and per destination rate caps are enforced before payment rather than after it. Operated by Vima Brosta LLC.
