Signed verification and attestation for the x402 economy. Enclave402 probes and scores x402 endpoints (9,000+ resources in a running census) and issues EIP-712 signed, timestamped attestations and delivery receipts. Settlement is receipt-gated: no charge on any failed delivery. Buyers call /api/census/verdict or /api/seller/vet before paying an unknown endpoint; sellers use /api/agent/attest to produce verifiable audit-trail receipts for agent decisions. Public settlement ledger at /api/ledger discloses operator wallets and self-dealing share; attestor public key is published for offline verification; RFC 9116 security.txt in place.
