Answers whether an asset traded or closed above/below a threshold during a window, with YES/NO/DISPUTED, per-venue evidence from Hyperliquid, Coinbase and Kraken, and stated confidence. Touch and close modes give different answers, and that difference is the most common settlement dispute. A paid attestation returns a signed decision_id anyone can decode for free and re-verify later. Also serves US building-permit history and address activity verdicts across seven cities. No API key, no account, no signup.
