Non-custodial USDC wallet on Base that an AI agent installs unaided, with spending limits enforced in the signing path rather than in a prompt. Three paid endpoints, all payable from any wallet that can sign an EIP-3009 authorisation on Base - ours is not required. /api/topup, $7.80: a pack of 1,000 relayed transactions, not a single call. We broadcast the agent's signed transfer and pay the network fee so it never needs to hold ETH.
